RESOLVED that the report be accepted and Cabinet approved the Council Tax base calculation for 2024/25 as detailed in Appendix 1, tables 1 to 6, and that the Council Tax Base for tax setting purposes be 20,936.36.

RESOLVED that the report be accepted and Cabinet considered the position statement on performance for the period 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023 against the SLA in place with SRS; and agreed to receive annual updates as part of the ongoing partnership with SRS. (Option 1)

(The report has been considered by the Governance and Audit Committee with assurance that the process for the monitoring of complaints is robust and the performance information provided reflects these practices).  (Option 1)
