To consider the report of the Senior Licensing Officer.

Consideration was given to the report of the Senior Licensing Officer.

 

RESOLVED that the report be accepted and the Sub-Committee considered the written representations for the application for the review of premises licence for The Badminton, Beaufort Terrace, Ebbw Vale as presented in the Officer’s report, together with the oral representations given at the hearing by the objector and the following decision was agreed:-

 

To take no action but be warned in relation to future conduct and that the new DPS and Premises License Holder should ensure that the Conditions attached to the Licence were adhered to.

 

Right to Appeal

 

All parties have the right to appeal to the Magistrates’ Court within 21 days of receipt of this decision.  Any responsible authority or other person had the right to request a review of the Licence.
