The Committee AGREED that the decisions be accepted as a true recording of proceedings.

The action sheet arising from the meeting held on 23^rd October, 2024 was submitted, whereupon:-

Review of Leisure Services across Blaenau Gwent – The Corporate Director of Education undertook to provide an update report by the end of June 2025.

The Committee AGREED, subject to the foregoing, that the action sheet be noted.

To consider the report of the Aneurin Leisure Trust, and the Service Manager Young People & Partnerships.

Consideration was given to the joint report of the Aneurin Leisure Trust and the Service Manager Young People & Partnerships.

The Committee AGREED to recommend that the information contained within the report be accepted (Option 1).

To consider the report of the Gwent Archivist.

Consideration was given to the report of the County Archivist.

The Committee AGREED to recommend Option 1, namely:

      i.          To note the activity undertaken by Gwent Archives in 2024-25;

     ii.          To agree to the activities planned for 2025-26; and

   iii.          To agree the governance arrangements for Gwent Archives are appropriate.
