4.	Areas for Member Briefings and Training To discuss any areas for members briefings and training. Minutes: The Chair reminded Members that Material Planning Considerations training would be held on 16th January, 2025. No other areas for Members Training/Briefings were raised.

Minutes: Consideration was given to the report of the Team Manager Development Management, whereupon:- Application No. P/2024/0265 43 Brompton Place, Tredegar NP22 4NF Replacement garden outbuilding Upon a vote being taken, it was unanimously RESOLVED that Planning permission be GRANTED subject to the conditions detailed in the report. Councillor Jacqueline Thomas did not take part in the vote.

Minutes: Consideration was given to the report of Hugh Towns, Carmarthenshire County Council. RESOLVED that the report be accepted and that delegated powers to review and amend the conditions accordingly when issuing the Decision Notice for C/2024/0152 be granted to Planning Officers.
