The Chair reminded Members that Material Planning Considerations training would be held on 16th January, 2025.

Upon a vote being taken, it was unanimously

 

RESOLVED that Planning permission be GRANTED subject to the conditions detailed in the report.

 

Councillor Jacqueline Thomas did not take part in the vote.
