Upon a vote being taken, it was unanimously
RESOLVED that the report be accepted and the Council resolve to make an order under s257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (TCPA) for the diversion of Public Rights of Way 151,152 & stopping up of 149,150 (part), as detailed in the order plan and schedule; and
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council confirm the order if no objections were received following making or to refer the order to Planning and Environment Decisions Wales (PEDW) for determination where objections were received and not subsequently removed. (Option 1)
