A simultaneous translation will be provided if requested. Minutes: It was noted that no requests had been received for the simultaneous translation service.
2.	Apologies To receive apologies for absence. Minutes: An apology for absence was received from Councillor P. Baldwin (Vice-Chair).
3.	Declarations of Interest and Dispensations To receive any declarations of interest and dispensations. Minutes: There were no declarations of interest and dispensations reported.
4.	Time of Future Meetings To consider. Minutes: It was proposed and seconded that future meetings be held at 10.00 a.m. RESOLVED accordingly.
