Licensing Act 2003 – New Premises Licence – 90 Glyn Terrace, Tredegar, Gwent. NP22 4JB To consider the report of the Senior Licensing Officer. Additional documents: Minutes: Consideration was given to the report of the Senior Licensing Officer.
RESOLVED that the report be accepted and the Sub-Committee considered the representations for the application for a new premises licence for 90 Glyn Terrace, Tredegar as presented in the Officer’s report, together with the oral representations given at the hearing by the objectors and written representations previously submitted in respect of the application. The following decision was agreed:-
The Sub-Committee has decided to GRANT the licence.
It should also be noted that if any incidences which can be evidenced do occur, as a direct result of alcohol being served from this premises then the matter may be brought before Committee once again for review, in accordance with the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003.
Right to Appeal
All parties have the right to appeal to the Magistrates’ Court within 21 days of receipt of this decision. Any responsible authority or other person has the right to request a review of the Licence. |
