Two single storey extensions to provide a complex care unit to the east side (front elevation) of the existing care home together with

removal of 2x TPO trees

 

A Member fully supported the application and proposed that the application be granted.

 

There was no seconder to the proposal and it was

 

RESOLVED, that planning permission be REFUSED, as outlined in the report of the Team Manager Development Management.

A number of concerns were raised in relation to the application and a Member proposed that the application be refused, this proposal was seconded and

 

A vote was thereupon taken

 

4 Members supported the proposal to refuse the application; and

 

6 Members supported approval of the application.

RESOLVED that planning permission be GRANTED, subject to the conditions outlined in the report of the Team Manager Development Management.

Enforcement Closed Cases between 16 June 2020 and 13 July 2020

To consider the report of the Service Manager Development.

Minutes:

Having regard to the views expressed by the Proper Officer regarding the public interest test, that on balance the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighed the public interest in disclosing the information and that the report should be exempt.

 

RESOLVED that the public be excluded whilst this item of business is transacted as it is likely there would be a disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 12, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
