To consider the report of the Corporate Director Regeneration and Community Services.

Consideration was given to the report of the Corporate Director Regeneration and Community Services.

 

The Committee AGREED that the report be accepted and endorsed the Placemaking Plan, its vision and core ambitions for the future. This would enable the Council to finalise the draft of the delivery plan and steps towards implementation of the projects that would be contained within it (Option 2).

 

7.

Consideration was given to the report of the Service Manager Public Protection.

 

The Committee AGREED that the report be accepted and supported the adoption of the Public Protection and Environmental Enforcement Policy as outlined in Appendix 1, and make any recommendations, as necessary, for consideration by Council. The Policy would then be formally reviewed every five years for approval by Council, or earlier if deemed necessary (Option 1).
