Consideration was given to the report of the Service Manager Education Transformation.
The Committee AGREED to recommend that the report be accepted and the Sustainable Communities for Learning Rolling Programme proposals to be submitted to Welsh Government in March 24 (Appendix 2) and recommended to Cabinet for approval. (Option 1)
