RESOLVED that the report be accepted and Cabinet provided the appropriate challenge to the financial outcomes in the report; noted the application of Reserves; considered and challenged the Action Plans attached at Appendix 2; and approved the budget virements detailed in paragraphs 5.1.18. (Option 1)
